Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and behavioral health interventions. Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions addressing a wide range of issues including trauma-related disorders, autism spectrum disorders, neurodevelopmental conditions, PTSD, addiction, and mental health disorders. Offer crisis intervention services promptly and effectively in emergency situations to ensure patient safety and stabilization. Collaborate with medical teams to coordinate patient care, maintain accurate medical records compliant with HIPAA regulations, and document clinical notes thoroughly. Supervise clinical staff or interns when applicable, providing mentorship and ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines. Engage in ongoing research activities or quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical practice and patient outcomes. Qualifications Valid licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the relevant jurisdiction with current certification to practice independently. Proven experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or geriatrics in outpatient or inpatient settings. Strong background in child & family counseling, school-based mental health services, and telehealth therapy modalities. Expertise in a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, behavioral health interventions, and evidence-based practice approaches. Experience conducting psychological testing for autism spectrum disorders (ASD), neurodevelopmental disorders, PTSD Care, and other diagnostic evaluations. Skilled in crisis intervention strategies and managing trauma-related or acute mental health emergencies. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical records management, clinical ethical guidelines, and documentation standards. Supervising experience is preferred along with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
