3002579643-2 Apply for this job now Job Description LifeStance Health seeks a Clinical Psychologist to provide testing and/or therapy in an outpatient setting for children, adolescents, and adults. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, administer and interpret standardized psychological tests, and deliver evidence-based individual and family therapy. Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff in a patient-centered, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychological testing and/or therapy to children, adolescents, and adults Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological assessments Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy as appropriate Document care in the EHR in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinicians on integrated care Provide risk assessment, safety planning, and crisis intervention when needed Offer services via both in-person and telehealth modalities Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, and ongoing training Contribute to a patient-centered, mission-driven, and culturally responsive practice Required Skills Psychological assessment and test interpretation Evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT) Diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning Clinical report writing and documentation Use of EHR systems Telehealth service delivery Risk assessment and crisis intervention Collaboration in multidisciplinary teams Time management and caseload management Cultural competency in mental healthcare
