This contract School Psychologist opportunity, based near Manchester, NH, focuses exclusively on testing, evaluations, and participation in IEP meetings—offering the chance to directly impact student growth and development, without counseling responsibilities. As part of a collaborative school community, you'll manage a caseload of 60-80 students, primarily working with elementary age learners. The typical day runs from 8:15 am to 2:50 pm, allowing for a great work-life balance. This assignment spans the academic year from September 3rd through June 17th.
Key Qualifications:
Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure as required for New Hampshire Experience with evaluations, report writing, and conducting IEP meetings in a school setting Strong understanding of special education law and practices Exceptional communication and organizational skills Effective collaborator across multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct standardized assessments and comprehensive evaluations for elementary students Complete all required reports and documentation in a timely manner Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families Provide recommendations to support student academic and behavioral goals Maintain accurate student records and adhere to all district and state guidelines
