Director of Clinical Operations Job Summary Neuropsychology & Concussion Management Associates (NCMA) is an established and expanding multi-disciplinary healthcare practice seeking a skilled Licensed Pediatric Therapist to join our team as an Independent Contracted Provider. This position is anchored out of our Rochester, NH office for in-person care, but offers exceptional flexibility for the right clinician—including options for remote telehealth work for Maine patients or in-office clinical days at our Auburn, ME location. This is an ideal opportunity for a clinician looking to establish or expand their practice within a supportive multi-disciplinary group, with hours structured around building a caseload at a pace that works for you.
Schedule & Hours Hours :
Flexible, part-time schedule based on building up a client load over time.
Target Caseload:
Goal to build toward approximately 15-20 clinical hours/week (or desired target load).

Full Job Description & Key Responsibilities Direct Clinical Care Provide individual and family therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and young adults (including neurodevelopmental conditions, concussion/TBI recovery, anxiety, and behavioral health needs). Conduct comprehensive clinical intake evaluations, risk assessments, and targeted treatment planning. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to pediatric populations. Multi-Site & Remote Care Delivery Provide in-person therapy services at our Rochester, NH clinic. Utilize NCMA's HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to deliver remote care to Maine-based patients, or provide in-person sessions at our Auburn, ME clinic as mutually agreed upon. Interdisciplinary Collaboration & Practice Work collaboratively with NCMA's multidisciplinary clinical team and administrative support to ensure seamless patient navigation and referral internal routing as your caseload builds. Attend weekly case conference and monthly staff meetings. Coordinate with external care providers, school personnel, pediatricians, and community resources when appropriate. Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation (intakes, progress notes, and treatment plans) in the practice's Electronic Health Record system (InSync). Opportunities to participate in supervision and training if desired.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Licensure:
Active, unrestricted professional license in New Hampshire (LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist). If interested, active licensure in Maine or willingness to obtain ME licensure for remote/Auburn coverage).
Contractor Readiness:
Ability to work as an independent contractor (1099 status), maintaining professional liability insurance.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of post-licensure experience working with children, adolescents, and families in an outpatient or medical setting.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (InSync experience is a plus, but not a requirement), Microsoft 365, and secure telehealth platforms.
