Center for NeuroWellness is hiring a Testing Psychologist to conduct psychological and psychoeducational evaluations in our New Jersey practice. We are neuropsychology-led and structured around a dedicated psychometry team: psychometrists administer and score all testing, and you focus on differential diagnosis, integrative report writing, and feedback. Clinicians who want to carry a therapy caseload alongside assessment work are welcome to. We are now in our 20th year of practice, with an established referral network and a multidisciplinary team of neuropsychologists, psychologists, psychometrists, and therapists. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations across the lifespan Interpret assessment data, write integrative reports, and deliver clear, compassionate feedback to patients and families Evaluate a broad range of referral questions, including ADHD in children, adolescents, and adults; learning, neurodevelopmental, and psychoeducational testing; and personality assessment and diagnostic clarification for complex presentations Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neuropsychologists, psychometrists, psychologists, and therapists Provide individual therapy as part of a blended caseload, based on your interests and training Cultivate referral relationships with physicians, schools, and community organizations Supervise psychometrists and participate in professional development Qualifications PhD or PsyD in Clinical or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program Completion of an APA-accredited internship Licensed as a psychologist in New Jersey, or a New Jersey Temporary Permit Holder (full supervision provided) Demonstrated training and experience in psychodiagnostic and psychoeducational assessment Strong diagnostic and report-writing skills Commitment to evidence-based, culturally responsive practice Compensation & Benefits Productivity-based compensation ($110,000 to $155,000 range) with uncapped earning potential Medical, dental, and vision insurance Long-term disability and life insurance 401(k) with matching Flexible and hybrid scheduling options Professional development support, including CE reimbursement and specialized training Full supervision for New Jersey Temporary Permit Holders Full administrative and psychometry support In-house report-writing technology that streamlines drafting and improves accuracy, so your time goes to interpretation and feedback About the Practice Center for NeuroWellness is a neuropsychology and mental health practice with locations in Brick, Red Bank, Freehold, Manasquan, and East Brunswick.
