Job Description
CentralCare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to provide full-time services at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ . This is a great opportunity for Clinical Psychologist to support our military and their families as federal civilian contractors (no military service required). Any State License is Accepted!

Monday - Friday | 7:30a - 4:30p (1 hour lunch)
Contract Length:
1 year Preferred (opportunity to extend)

Clinical Psychologist Responsibilities:
Experience :
Two years of recent experience . Experience with evidence-based therapies and techniques, and psychological assessment in the evaluation of diagnosis and treatment of disorders (e.g., cognitive and personality). Practice within the guidelines of their state licensing board, American Psychological Association Ethical Principles and Code of Conduct, and MTF privileges. Conduct psychological evaluations utilizing information from clinical interviews, administration, and interpretation of psychological testing/psychodiagnostics testing (e.g., cognitive and personality assessment), and collateral sources, as appropriate. Establish psychiatric diagnoses according to the American Psychiatric Association Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Disorders. Provide evidence-based psychological treatment for individuals and groups; help medical and surgical patients deal with illnesses or injuries.
• Assist in rehabilitation of patients. Maintain accurate and current notes in the electronic medical record. Attend and participate in meetings during normal duty hours including, but not limited to: Mental Health Flight Meetings, Clinical Case Staffing and Professional Staff. Participate in military specific training.
Clinical Psychologist Qualifications:
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). Graduate from an American Psychology Association accredited college or university with a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in any state.
