Desired Qualifications:

Valid NM PED School Psychologist License (required) Masters degree or Doctorate in School Psychology or a closely related field Ability and willingness to travel to multiple school sites within the district Experience conducting evaluations and developing intervention plans for students Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Strong commitment to culturally responsive care and educational equity

What Youll Do:

Conduct psychological and educational evaluations for an average caseload of 30-40 assessments Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor individualized learning and behavioral plans Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Provide recommendations and interventions that foster a positive learning environment Contribute to professional development and training for school staff as needed Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines This full-time opportunity (37.5 hours/week) runs until late May 2027, providing stability and the chance to build trusted relationships in the district.
