Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for patients with neurological, medical, cognitive, and psychological concerns.

Obtain detailed clinical, medical, developmental, educational, occupational, and psychosocial histories.

Conduct clinical interviews and behavioral observations as part of the assessment process.

Select, administer, score, analyze, and interpret standardized neuropsychological and psychological assessment measures.

Integrate assessment findings with medical records, clinical history, behavioral observations, and other relevant information.

Develop clinical impressions and provide diagnostic clarification within the scope of neuropsychological practice.

Prepare clear, accurate, comprehensive, and timely neuropsychological evaluation reports.

Develop short-term and long-term treatment plans based on clinical needs.

Provide psychoeducation related to chronic pain, stress, sleep, emotional regulation, activity pacing, and treatment adherence.

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to support coordinated, patient-centered care.

Participate in case reviews, treatment planning, and quality improvement initiatives.

Communicate assessment findings and recommendations to patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Address behavioral factors that may impact treatment adherence and outcomes.

Support patients in developing functional goals, coping strategies, and behavioral action plans.

Assess and manage safety concerns, including suicidality, self-harm, and substance-use risks, in accordance with established protocols.

Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, behavioral strategies, and lifestyle modifications.

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic medical record.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, applicable state licensing requirements, and organizational policies.

Provide trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care.

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsDoctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Neuropsychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Specialized education and clinical training in Clinical Neuropsychology.

Completion of an appropriate doctoral internship and postdoctoral training in neuropsychology.

Active Psychologist license in the applicable state, or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to the start date.

Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations.

Strong knowledge of neuropsychological assessment instruments, test administration, scoring, and interpretation.

Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based psychotherapy.

Experience working with chronic pain populations, trauma, behavioral health conditions, or medically complex patients is preferred.

Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.

Knowledge of HIPAA, patient confidentiality, and healthcare compliance requirements.
