Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or closely related field Current, valid certification as a School Psychologist Proven experience working with elementary-aged students desired Strong understanding of assessment tools, IEP process, and special education laws Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families Compassionate approach, cultural sensitivity, and dedication to fostering positive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational assessments to identify student strengths and needs Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Consult with teachers and parents to implement strategies that support student learning and well-being Provide individual and group counseling services as needed Support crisis intervention and response plans Support social-emotional and behavioral growth through targeted interventions Facilitate effective communication among staff, families, and external providers Enjoy the fulfillment that comes with helping elementary students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
