In this role, you'll function as a Psych/Behavior Consultant, performing standard psychological assessments, in-class monitoring, and designing personalized behavioral and academic support plans to help students and staff thrive.

Responsibilities include:

Administering and interpreting comprehensive psychological evaluations Conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collaborating during Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and supporting the development of tailored education plans Advising and consulting with teachers and staff to enhance academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support strategies Implementing evidence-based interventions across general and special education environments Supporting crisis intervention strategies and contributing to a positive, safe school climate Utilizing data-driven practices to monitor student progress and guide decision-making Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in School Psychology Valid New York School Psychologist Certification Previous experience in K-12 school environments is highly valued Strong skills in assessment, communication, collaboration, and providing practical consultation Step into a role where you'll collaborate with dedicated educators, positively influence school culture, and empower students to reach their full potential.
