As a Licensed Mental Health Professional at CHE Behavioral, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers in Uniondale, New York. Responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based behavioral health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions tailored to individual patient needs Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction Stay current with best practices and advancements in mental health treatment Document patient interactions and outcomes in accordance with established policies and procedures About the
