Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid NY State School Psychologist Certification is required Prior experience in school settings highly desirable Proficiency in conducting initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and comprehensive testing Experience implementing and supporting MTSS systems Strong skills in individual and group counseling for K-12 students Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply Available for a full-time, onsite commitment (37.5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and interpret psycho-educational assessments for students Conduct initial and re-evaluations as part of the multidisciplinary team Support the development and implementation of MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) Provide individual and group counseling to support students' academic and emotional needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success Maintain accurate records and complete documentation in a timely manner Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and intervention planning Imagine yourself supporting students, influencing their future, and growing as a professional within a dynamic educational environment.
