Key Qualifications:

Masters or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid licensure or certification as a school psychologist Experience with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and conducting evaluations for eligibility Strong rapport-building, consultation, and communication skills Comfortable interpreting psychological testing results and making data-driven recommendations Ability to collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and parents

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational assessments and write comprehensive reports Participate in eligibility, IEP, and student support meetings Provide crisis intervention, behavioral consultation, and individual or group counseling as needed Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor effective intervention strategies Consult on classroom management and strategies for diverse learners Support compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations
