Utilizing telehealth/virtual resources, this position is responsible for completing Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluations and other clinical services as assigned. Completes and submits all required documentation utilizing agency Electronic Health Record (EHR). Performs other duties as assigned. As a virtual position, this position will be required to attend in-person orientation and minimum 1 service day per month.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing direct and indirect clinical services maintaining 100% of required billable service hours. Responsible for maintaining and submitting required documentation within the guidelines of Allwell's policies and procedures or any other sanctioning body. Responsible to attend Allwell clinical and administrative staff meetings, committees, and in-services as directed. Maintains professional licensure as required by Allwell and the State of Ohio. Master's degree and Ohio licensure as an LSW or LPC. Independent licensure preferred. Two years' experience in clinical practice preferred. Must maintain license eligibility in accordance with Ohio CSWMFT Board. Must be self-motivating and work with minimal supervision.
