Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract A rewarding part-time opportunity awaits a skilled School Psychologist interested in making a direct impact on high school students. This contract position offers a flexible 0.5 FTE schedule for the 2026-2027 school year, engaging closely with educators, counselors, special education staff, and families in a welcoming and collaborative educational setting. Your contributions will support students' academic achievement, behavioral growth, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and evaluations for high school students Participate in eligibility and reevaluation meetings as part of the special education process Prepare, develop, and interpret detailed assessment reports Work with IEP and multidisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate student support Consult with staff and families regarding students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs Assist in intervention planning, progress monitoring, and crisis intervention as required Maintain thorough, compliant documentation in line with district and state guidelines

Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a closely related discipline Hold, or be eligible to obtain, Oregon School Psychologist licensure Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Proven ability to effectively support high school students, staff, and families You'll enjoy competitive hourly compensation reflective of your experience and qualifications, along with the possibility of health, dental, and vision benefits.
