Preferred Background and Experience:

Valid Oregon Psychologist licensure (required) Previous experience in K-12 educational settings, with a focus on elementary school populations Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills Effective communicator, both in written reports and in consultation with staff and parents

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive psychological services to assigned elementary school caseload, with supplemental support at a high school site Conduct evaluations, develop intervention strategies, and provide individual and group counseling Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other school personnel to create supportive learning environments Participate actively in multi-disciplinary teams, supporting IEP meetings and eligibility determinations Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all district and state guidelines Perks of this
