Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Empower students to reach their full potential as a School Psychologist working with a dedicated educational team. This contract opportunity near West Linn, OR allows you to collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, families, and students to support academic, social, and emotional growth.
Key Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Active, valid School Psychologist licensure in Oregon (or eligibility for licensure) Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations, functional behavior assessments, and interpreting assessment results Strong knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and
RTI/MTSS
frameworks Effective communication and consultation skills with students, staff, and families Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary educational team Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments
Core Responsibilities:
Administer and interpret cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments Develop, recommend, and support instructional interventions and behavior management strategies Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and multidisciplinary teams Support positive student outcomes through counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to address diverse learner needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reports, and records following district and legal guidelines Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in policies, practices, and ethical standards This assignment offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a real impact on children's educational journeys.
