Job Description

An exciting opportunity awaits for experienced School Psychologists seeking a contract role with significant variety and flexibility. As a floater, youll be providing crucial psychological services throughout Fayette, Greene, and Washington countiesmaking a daily impact across multiple schools in the Intermediate Unit 1 region. Youll manage evaluations, collaborate with educational teams, and respond to the changing needs of various districts, ensuring students receive essential support and resources. This full-time, onsite position involves frequent travel within the service area, adapting to caseloads that evolve during the school year. Initial assignments are in the California Area School District (Coal Center, PA), with additional needs anticipated throughout the term.
What youll bring:
Active Pennsylvania School Psychologist Educator Certificate (required) Experience in K-12 school settings, with strong skills in assessment, consultation, and intervention Ability to travel regularly among diverse campuses within multiple counties Flexibility to respond quickly to changing assignments and caseload needs Excellent communication and teamwork skills, partnering effectively with staff and families Your main responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor student support plans Offer direct support and consultation to teachers and administrators Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reporting in compliance with state and district guidelines Travel frequently to deliver onsite services wherever needs arise If youre ready to take on a dynamic school psychologist role with the ability to make a difference across an entire region, we want to hear from you.
