Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist to work with 5th and 6th grade students on a contract basis. Based onsite and supporting a Reading, PA school, this role focuses on student evaluations, consultation, and fostering student growth within a collaborative team setting. The position offers a manageable caseload—averaging 10 evaluations per month—and the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' academic, social-emotional, and behavioral success. Pay for this position ranges from $55.44 to $65.78 per hour. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:15 AM to 3:50 PM, totaling 37.5 hours a week, with the contract extending through June 4, 2027.

Desired Qualifications:

Hold proper certification as a School Psychologist in Pennsylvania. Experience working with elementary or middle school students preferred. Proficiency in conducting psychoeducational assessments and preparing comprehensive reports. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings to families and staff. Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary educational team. Familiarity with MTSS and SAP processes is a plus. Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive school environment.
