In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive psychological services to diverse populations across outpatient, inpatient, and telehealth settings. Duties Conduct detailed mental health assessments and psychological testing to diagnose conditions such as autism spectrum disorders, trauma-related disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, and other mental health issues. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral health interventions, and psychotherapy techniques. Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions focused on child & family counseling, addiction counseling, PTSD care, geriatrics, pediatrics, and support for individuals with disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders. Perform crisis intervention to manage urgent situations effectively and ensure patient safety. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, medical professionals, educators, and caregivers to coordinate comprehensive care strategies. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines. Conduct mental health diagnostics and patient assessments to monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly. Offer telehealth therapy sessions utilizing secure platforms to expand access to mental health services across various locations. Support research initiatives aimed at improving clinical practices and treatment outcomes within the organization. Skills Proven experience in child & family counseling, school-based mental health services, or hospital settings with a focus on pediatric or geriatric populations. Strong background in crisis intervention techniques and trauma-informed care practices. Supervising experience with junior clinicians or interns is highly desirable. Expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), evidence-based practice approaches, and psychological testing methods. Skilled in conducting individual psychological assessments for diverse conditions including autism spectrum disorders and neurodevelopmental challenges. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and delivering therapy remotely while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to build trust across age groups and cultural backgrounds. Knowledge of medical records management aligned with HIPAA standards and clinical ethical guidelines. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
