School Psychologist in Pittsburgh, PA Sunbelt Staffing - 3.8 Pittsburgh, PA Job Details Contract 17 hours ago Qualifications School experience Practicing as a mental health professional Full Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist to support K-12 students within multiple school locations in Pittsburgh, PA. This role involves delivering comprehensive psychological services to a diverse caseload, requiring flexibility as the needs and caseload may vary throughout the contract period.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person psychological assessments for students across the K-12 spectrum Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to support student educational planning Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, administrators, and support staff to address student needs Manage and adapt caseload flexibly according to changing requirements at various school sites Travel between multiple school locations as needed to provide services
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in School Psychology (Master's or Doctorate preferred) Credentialed or eligible for school psychologist certification Comfort working with a dynamic caseload and multiple teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships New graduates with relevant training are encouraged to apply and supported to grow in this role
