Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active and valid licensure/certification as a School Psychologist in Pennsylvania Previous experience working within a K-12 school setting preferred Proficiency in conducting comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations and assessments Strong understanding of evidence-based intervention strategies Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other school psychologists and educators Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students educational and behavioral needs Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other support staff Participate actively in eligibility and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings Provide recommendations for interventions, classroom modifications, and supports Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all assessments, reports, and student progress Contribute insights and expertise in team discussions to enhance student support services This contract position is your chance to make a broad, positive difference within a dedicated district community.
