Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic school-based contract opportunity as a School Psychologist, making a meaningful difference in students' educational journeys. Located near Swarthmore, PA, this role begins as soon as possible and extends through the first week of January 2027. You'll work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 7:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., providing crucial support to students, educators, and families. What you'll bring: Current certification as a School Psychologist Previous experience in a school setting or with K-12 populations Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and interpret results Expertise in counseling, consultation, and developing data-driven intervention plans Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment Your responsibilities will include: Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns Collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement effective interventions and IEPs Providing individual and group counseling to support student social-emotional well-being Participating actively in student support teams and case conferences Consulting with teachers and administrators to promote positive school climate and address barriers to learning Maintaining accurate records and adhering to all ethical, legal, and professional standards This position offers the stability of a long-term assignment and the opportunity to help shape students' success throughout the school year.
