Job Summary We are seeking a 1099 part-time independently licensed Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team as a group and individual therapist. We are looking for someone who has experience working with LGBTQAI and/or neurodiverse kids and young adults, or someone who has a specialty treating OCD. The job is a split
  • we pay for advertising, office, emr and tools and split your fee with you.
We are offering this position as an opportunity for our patients to have groups and specialized therapy in-house, not as a way to bring profit to our business.   • so creative ideas for groups including movement, art or games

As a vital member of our mental health community, you will utilize your expertise to deliver evidence-based therapies, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans that promote healing and resilience. This position is ideal for licensed professionals eager to make a meaningful impact while maintaining flexibility in their schedule. Duties Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices. Perform comprehensive mental health assessments, including patient intake, diagnosis coding (ICD-9, ICD-10), and treatment planning aligned with clinical documentation standards. Lead group therapy sessions designed for various populations Maintain accurate clinical documentation within Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines. Collaborate with clients to develop individualized care plans that incorporate medical terminology understanding and appropriate treatment modalities Engage in ongoing research and data collection to inform evidence-based practice improvements and support clinical research initiatives. Skills Proven experience in psychotherapy techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and behavioral health interventions Expertise working with children, adolescents and adults Familiarity with ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding for billing purposes, and medical documentation standards. Telehealth experience utilizing HIPAA-compliant platforms to deliver effective remote counseling services. Knowledge of medical terminology related to mental health conditions and treatments; experience working within inpatient or outpatient settings preferred. Competency in clinical documentation standards ensuring accuracy in medical records and treatment documentation. Experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics, neurodiversity, or gender issues counseling is a plus.
