This role will begin with supervision of 1 Psychological Associate and may grow over time to include supervision of additional Psychological Associates as the program becomes established and operationally sound. The practice works with many clients in brief treatment models, often ranging from approximately 3 to 12 months, while some clients remain in care longer depending on need. Responsibilities Supervise 1 Psychological Associate in accordance with California Board requirements Support case consultation, clinical judgment, and documentation quality Help build a structured, ethical, and sustainable supervision process Collaborate with practice leadership on clinical systems, training structure, and program growth Provide brief psychotherapy to adult clients on an optional basis, depending on interest and desired income level Qualifications Active California license as a Psychologist Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills Interest in or experience with supervising prelicensed clinicians Ability to work collaboratively in a growing practice Comfort helping build systems, structure, accountability, and a thoughtful supervision model in collaboration with practice leadership Preferred Prior experience supervising or training clinicians Experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, and work-related stress Familiarity with somatic approaches, postpartum mental health, or EMDR Spanish-speaking is a plus Growth Opportunity This role will start with supervision of 1 Psychological Associate. As the supervision model becomes established, there may be an opportunity to grow into supervision of up to 3 Psychological Associates, consistent with California Board requirements and practice needs. There is also an opportunity to see clients optionally, which may provide additional income for the supervising psychologist who wants a blend of supervision and direct clinical work.
