Job Overview Indigo Foundation Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced remote Licensed Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team in supporting children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental delays through Minnesota's Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) program. Position Summary As a BCBA, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight to a team of EIDBI providers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all services are delivered with clinical integrity and in full compliance with Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) standards. This role involves supervising treatment planning, monitoring service delivery, and supporting provider development, all while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes for the children we serve. Key Responsibilities Develop Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) aligned with family-centered goals and DHS guidelines. Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and training to EIDBI Level I, II, and III staff. Monitor clinical documentation and service delivery for compliance with

standards and fidelity to evidence-based treatment models. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to individualize goals and support positive child development. Lead monthly clinical meetings and participate in interdisciplinary coordination of care. Ensure all clinical decisions and practices align with current best practices, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. Support provider professional growth through ongoing feedback and guidance. Required Qualifications Holds active Minnesota (LBA) license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 1-2 years of professional experience as a BCBA working with individuals with ASD or related conditions. In-Person Requirement & Travel This position requires in-person services every third month to meet Minnesota

requirements. Approved travel expenses for required in-person visits will be covered by Indigo Foundation Inc.
