Dynamic Wellness Collaborative is seeking a fully licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist to join our growing private practice in Orion Township. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated clinician who is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and families while building a meaningful, long-term career in private practice. As an independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you while receiving comprehensive administrative support from our team. We provide the tools, resources, and administrative support to help clinicians build a successful private practice. Many of our most successful referral relationships are developed through community involvement, professional networking, and authentic relationship-building. Our child therapists primarily serves children, adolescents, and families navigating ADHD, executive functioning challenges, anxiety, emotional regulation, school-related concerns, family transitions, divorce, grief, trauma, and relationship difficulties. We strive to provide practical, evidence-based, developmentally appropriate care in a warm, supportive outpatient setting where clinicians have the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and make a lasting impact. Qualifications Current unrestricted Michigan license (LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LLP, PhD, or PsyD) Current Professional Liability Insurance Experience providing psychotherapy to children and adolescents (approximately ages 8+) Ability to independently manage a caseload while maintaining accurate and timely documentation Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, organization, and communication skills Comfortable working with a diverse outpatient client population utilizing commercial insurance benefits Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build and maintain a thriving private practice Preferred Experience Experience or training in one or more of the following is preferred: ADHD and executive functioning interventions Trauma-informed therapy Play therapy or child-centered play therapy Anxiety and emotional regulation Parent coaching and family collaboration School-related concerns and behavioral challenges Divorce, family transitions, and co-parenting support Grief and loss Who Thrives at Dynamic Life Counseling You'll likely be a great fit if you: Enjoy building meaningful, long-term therapeutic relationships with children, adolescents, and families.
