Thinkblot Behavioral Sciences serves organizations challenged with selecting, sustaining, and developing personnel in high-trust, high-risk, or otherwise exceptional occupations. Thinkblot primarily serves public safety departments, but also provides services to private security firms, religious organizations, and other institutions with unique assessment needs, conducting over 2,500 psychological evaluations annually. We are seeking a full-time licensed doctoral-level psychologist. The psychologist's primary duties are to conduct psychological evaluations including pre-employment and special duty screening, fitness for duty and return to duty evaluations, security clearance evaluations, and other assessments. The psychologist will also complete quality assurance reviews of psychological evaluations conducted by other staff and serve as a POC for clinical issues to customers. In addition, the psychologist may engage in training, supervision, and research activities, represent the company at conferences and to the local provider community, and support business development efforts. Depending on experience and interest, the psychologist also may be able to provide ancillary support to other business lines including wellness check-ins, training and workshops, validation efforts, and practice process improvements.Qualifications:
