3002579801-2 Apply for this job now Job Description LifeStance Health seeks a Clinical Psychologist in Ephrata, PA to provide outpatient psychotherapy, assessment, and testing for children, adolescents, and adults. You will conduct intakes, develop treatment plans, deliver evidence-based therapies, and complete psychological evaluations in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults Conduct diagnostic interviews and comprehensive clinical assessments Perform psychological testing and prepare integrated evaluation reports Develop and update individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Deliver care via in-person and telehealth sessions in a hybrid model Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR in accordance with standards Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinicians on care plans Perform risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention as needed Participate in case consultation, supervision, and team meetings Uphold ethical, legal, and regulatory standards for mental health practice Required Skills Clinical assessment and diagnosis Individual and family psychotherapy Psychological testing and report writing Treatment planning and documentation Use of evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT) Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency Risk assessment and crisis intervention Telehealth service delivery Interdisciplinary collaboration Cultural competence in mental health
