Overview Cary Psychology is a fast-growing mental health practice in the Triangle. We provide pre-employment psychological evaluations, fitness-for-duty evaluations, special teams evaluations, and annual reevaluations for law enforcement, first responders, and public safety agencies throughout North Carolina. Our work helps clients make informed personnel decisions for critical public safety roles. Positions are available for part-time, full-time and contract clinicians. Responsibilities We are seeking licensed clinical psychologists or neuropsychologists to help meet growing demand for our services. The primary focus is conducting pre-employment evaluations for law enforcement and public safety personnel. Evaluations include a standard assessment battery and either a telehealth or in-person interview, followed by suitability recommendations for client agencies. Other lines of service possible. Qualifications

• Doctoral-level psychologist
• Licensed to practice in North Carolina; professionals with

• Skills in psychological testing and diagnostic evaluation
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in psychotherapy and patient assessment
• Experience in behavioral health and mental health counseling
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical records management
• Training and supervision will be provided Hours Requirement Work hours are flexible and may be adjusted based on your availability. We ask for a minimum commitment of 8 hours per week to support proficiency and skill retention. Compensation The owner is open to flexible employment and compensation arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and contract options.
• Contract (1099): Professional fees are paid per evaluation and issued monthly by the 10th of the month.
• Full-time/Part-time (W-2): Salary is paid biweekly.

Work Environment The position includes an individual furnished office in Cary, NC, with shared administrative support.

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
