At Connect n Care ABA , we believe you shouldn't have to choose between a rewarding BCBA career and a schedule that works for your life. We're looking for a BCBA to join our Fayetteville, NC team in a hybrid role that combines in-person clinical work with the flexibility of remote work. Sign-on bonus Up to $12,000 in additional bonus opportunities What We're Looking For Current BCBA certification or a scheduled BCBA exam Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field NC BCBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure (we cover the cost!) Ability to provide at least 50% of services in person Newly certified BCBAs are welcome! Clinical mentorship and support are available as you continue developing your skills.
