We offer a supportive, collaborative, and flexible work environment where clinicians can focus on providing excellent patient care while our administrative team handles the majority of the administrative and credentialing responsibilities. Position Highlights Full-time position Potential income: $6,000-$8,000+ per month , depending on caseload and productivity 30 patient hours per week are expected once the caseload is fully established Patient hours and caseload are expected to build gradually over time as referrals and new patients are assigned Flexible schedule - create a schedule that works for you while meeting patient-care expectations Opportunity for hybrid/telehealth and in-office work Supportive and collaborative clinical environment Administrative team handles insurance credentialing and enrollment Administrative support with billing and other practice-related needs No need to manage your own credentialing process Opportunity to build and maintain your own caseload Autonomy in clinical practice while having a supportive team available Growing practice with opportunities for long-term professional growth Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy to adolescents and/or adults Work toward and maintain a caseload of approximately 30 patient hours per week once the caseload is fully built Gradually increase patient hours and caseload as referrals and new patient assignments develop Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Monitor patient progress and modify treatment approaches as clinically appropriate Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other members of the treatment team when appropriate Maintain professional and ethical standards of care Manage a consistent caseload appropriate to your schedule and clinical interests
Qualifications Required:
Current, unrestricted Massachusetts LICSW or LMHC license Must be independently licensed and able to practice without clinical supervision Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team Why Join Chelmsford Behavioral Health?
