The contractor will provide evidence-based therapy and psychological assessment services to children, adolescents, adults, and families while maintaining professional independence and clinical autonomy. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations as clinically appropriate Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Coordinate care and communicate with other clinicians, referral sources, and care providers as appropriate Participate in case consultations and collaborative clinical discussions as mutually agreed upon Exercise independent professional judgment and clinical decision-making Manage clinical scheduling and availability in accordance with client and practice needs Adhere to all applicable ethical, legal, licensing, and professional standards of practice Maintain all required professional credentials, licenses, and liability coverage applicable to independent practice Skills & Experience Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program Active license to practice psychology in the applicable state Strong clinical skills with children, adolescents, adults, and families Experience or interest in pediatric and adolescent care Experience or interest in eating disorders and military-connected populations preferred Comfortable using telehealth platforms Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment Ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals while maintaining independent clinical practice Independent Contractor Arrangement Independent contractor position, not an employee position Flexible scheduling based on contractor availability and client needs Contractor maintains independent clinical judgment and responsibility for the manner and means of providing professional services Contractor is responsible for maintaining all required professional licenses, credentials, insurance, and other requirements applicable to independent practice Compensation is provided on a contractual basis according to the terms of the independent contractor agreement
