Job Description

Job description: Our practice is seeking a part-time or full-time clinical psychologist to serve adults, children, adolescents, and families in a hybrid setting. We strive to maintain a creative, anti-oppressive practice grounded in trauma-informed and identity-affirming care. Our ideal candidate appreciates and contributes to these core values. This role is ideal for a psychologist who is passionate about serving clients with care and thrives in a collaborative environment. It is the perfect position for a candidate who is also seeking a more flexible schedule and work environment. This is a 1099 Contractor position. Services include, but are not limited to: Administer psychological evaluations using evidence-based, developmentally appropriate approaches Interpret and score standardized psychological testing results with accuracy and attention to detail Communicate with and educate patients (and, in the case of minors, their guardians) effectively and approachably with an encouraging strengths-centered lens Collaboration with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members Electronic documentation submitted within 24-48 hours of services rendered Maintain complete and accurate documentation within Simple Practice EHR in accordance with Wolf & Willow and the North Carolina Psychology Board ethical principals
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Psychologists must have a PhD or PsyD with a Major in Psychology Psychologists must have graduated from a doctorate or post-doctorate APA-accredited program. Professional liability insurance
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Training and experience in trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally responsive approaches Interest in creative, experiential, and nature-based therapeutic modalities After-school availability (late afternoons and/or early evenings) Experience providing mental health services to adults, children, and adolescents
Compensation:
65% fee split, dependent on schedule availability and caseload commitment Re-evaluation at 6 months with opportunity for increased split
Pay:
$60.00 - $90.00 per hour
