You will work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional client care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and review relevant background information Perform clinical interviews, psychological assessments, and thorough risk assessments Formulate diagnoses in accordance with the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals Provide counseling and therapeutic services to individuals, couples, spouses, and military members Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, including SOAP notes and assessment reports Document clinical encounters and treatment progress within established timeframes Collaborate with clients and other professionals to support positive treatment outcomes Uphold the highest standards of ethical and professional practice Qualifications Ph.D. or Psy.
