In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive psychological services, including assessments, therapy, and crisis intervention, to diverse populations across outpatient and inpatient settings. Your expertise will help individuals of all ages—children, adolescents, adults, and seniors—navigate mental health challenges and achieve their wellness goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through evidence-based practices, innovative treatment planning, and compassionate patient care. Duties Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and addiction counseling. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions in person or via telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility for all clients. Manage crisis situations effectively through crisis intervention techniques, ensuring patient safety and stabilization. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients with complex needs such as PTSD, trauma-related disorders, or behavioral health issues. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines while documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes. Participate in ongoing research activities to stay current with best practices in mental health diagnostics and evidence-based interventions. Skills Proven experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics in outpatient or inpatient settings. Strong background in child & family counseling, school-based mental health services, and telehealth therapy delivery. Expertise in behavioral health assessments, psychological testing, and diagnostic evaluation for neurodevelopmental disorders including autism spectrum disorder. Skilled in crisis intervention strategies and managing trauma-related disorders with sensitivity and professionalism. Supervising experience is preferred to support junior staff or interns within clinical settings. Familiarity with medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and clinical ethical guidelines is essential. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse populations while providing compassionate mental health counseling.
