Dr. Niles Cook previously served as a Professor in a doctoral clinical psychology program and Director of Training at a specialty OCD clinic, where he trained and supervised psychology trainees and clinicians in OCD treatment and ERP. Dr. Erin Cook is a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional specializing in perinatal OCD, postpartum anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and anxiety during pregnancy. Together, they provide consultation, mentorship, and operational support so clinicians can focus on providing exceptional therapy. How to Apply Please submit your CV/resume and a brief statement describing your interest in OCD treatment, ERP, or anxiety disorders. A couple of strategic differences from the perinatal ad: I would keep ERP in the title here because that is the search term OCD clinicians recognize. I would not over-emphasize "anxiety disorders" because you want someone excited about OCD, not a general anxiety therapist. I would keep the same compensation language because the two posts should feel like two doors into the same practice. I would probably run the perinatal one first or simultaneously because the niche positioning is likely your stronger recruiter.
