Licensed Psychologist - Psychological Evaluator Haven Psychology Group Wesley Chapel, FL Part-Time | 1099 Independent Contractor | In-Person Psychological Assessment Haven Psychology Group is seeking a Florida-licensed psychologist to provide psychological assessment and evaluation services at our office in Wesley Chapel, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist who enjoys assessment work and wants the flexibility of an independent contractor position without the expense and administrative burden of maintaining a separate testing office or purchasing testing materials. Haven Psychology Group will provide the office space, administrative infrastructure, referral support, and psychological testing materials needed to complete evaluations. About the Position The Psychological Evaluator will conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and/or adults based on the clinician's areas of competence and interest.
Potential referral questions may include:
ADHD Autism spectrum disorder Learning and academic concerns Diagnostic clarification Anxiety and mood disorders Trauma-related concerns Personality and emotional functioning Pre-surgical or other specialized evaluations, when appropriate to the clinician's training The specific types of evaluations offered can be developed collaboratively based on the psychologist's training, experience, and professional interests. This position is intended to complement, rather than replace, an established professional practice. There is no expectation that the psychologist maintain a psychotherapy caseload with Haven Psychology Group. Responsibilities The psychologist will independently provide the clinical components of the evaluation process, including: Clinical and diagnostic interviewing Selection and administration of appropriate psychological and neuropsychological measures Scoring and interpretation of assessment results Integration of testing, interview, and collateral information Preparation of comprehensive psychological evaluation reports Diagnostic formulation and treatment recommendations Feedback sessions with clients and/or parents Consultation with other professionals when clinically appropriate Timely completion of documentation and reports

We are open to psychologists interested in: One or more evaluation days per month Weekly or biweekly assessment days A gradually increasing evaluation caseload A long-term part-time relationship with the practice Scheduling can be coordinated around the psychologist's existing clinical or professional commitments.
Qualifications Required:
Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, School Psychology, or another appropriately accredited psychology program Active and unrestricted Florida psychologist license Training and demonstrated competence in psychological assessment Ability to independently administer, interpret, and integrate psychological testing Strong clinical writing and diagnostic formulation skills Professional liability insurance Ability to provide in-person services in

Experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations Experience evaluating ADHD, autism, learning disorders, or complex diagnostic presentations Experience working with children and adolescents and/or adults Experience with commonly used cognitive, achievement, personality, behavioral, and diagnostic assessment instruments Early-career psychologists with strong assessment training are encouraged to apply. Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor position with compensation structured as a percentage of collected evaluation revenue. Because Haven Psychology Group provides the office, administrative support, referral infrastructure, and testing materials, the psychologist does not need to independently absorb many of the expenses associated with operating a psychological assessment practice.
