The Work You'll Love As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to: Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Build meaningful, long-term therapeutic relationships. Create individualized, strengths-based treatment plans that honor each client's unique story. Work with a diverse caseload that may include neurodivergent individuals, caregivers, trauma survivors, LGBTQIA+ clients, first responders, and families. Provide services through a combination of telehealth and in-person appointments. Collaborate with referral partners and other professionals when clinically appropriate. Maintain ethical, timely, and thoughtful clinical documentation. Contribute ideas for new groups, specialty services, community partnerships, and practice growth. You'll Probably Thrive Here If You... Hold an active Virginia license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist. Enjoy working with both individuals and families. Appreciate the flexibility of balancing telehealth with in-person sessions. Have experience working with autistic individuals, ADHD, giftedness, sensory differences, and other forms of neurodiversity—or genuinely want to continue learning. Feel comfortable supporting trauma survivors, including those recovering from domestic violence, relational trauma, adverse childhood experiences, and occupational trauma experienced by first responders. Believe therapy should be collaborative, affirming, and individualized rather than one-size-fits-all. Value authentic therapeutic relationships over simply completing treatment plans.
