Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, observant, and detail-oriented Neuropsychology Testing Technician to join our clinical team. The technician will assist with neuropsychological testing for adolescents and adults with conditions such as ADHD, autism, concussion/TBI, mild cognitive impairment, and neurodegenerative disorders. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable with technology, has strong writing skills, and can follow standardized testing procedures carefully. Training will be provided. Duties Assist with obtaining neuropsychological benefits, submit requests for testing to insurance companies, scheduling patients, and communicate with our team. Participate during intake sessions to gather clinical and background information from patients. Prepare testing materials, equipment, and technology for assessment sessions. Administer and score cognitive, behavioral, and neuropsychological measures under the supervision of a licensed neuropsychologist. Administer electroencephalograms (training provided). Observe and accurately document patient behavior, effort, and responses during testing. Maintain organized testing records and materials. Complete clinical documentation and assist with follow-up tasks as directed. Protect patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements. Qualifications Experience or strong interest in neuropsychological or psychological assessment. Registered Testing Technician status is preferred; candidates must otherwise be eligible for registration. Strong writing, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. Comfortable using computers, tablets, electronic health records, and digital assessment platforms. Ability to follow standardized procedures accurately and consistently. Professional and comfortable interacting with adolescents and adults with cognitive, developmental, neurological, and psychological concerns. Able to work independently while communicating effectively with the supervising neuropsychologist and clinical team. Previous assessment, behavioral observation, research, or clinical documentation experience is preferred. Work Setting This position includes in-office and remote work. In-office availability is required for patient testing and maintaining platforms. Remote work requires a private, quiet workspace and reliable high-speed wired internet connection suitable for confidential clinical work.

Pay:

$26.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
