A contract opportunity is available for a qualified psychologist specializing in telehealth evaluations within a school setting. This role involves conducting remote psychological assessments to support the educational and developmental needs of students. The position is based in Ionia, MI, providing flexibility to deliver evaluations via telehealth platforms.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations remotely, adhering to established protocols and assessment standards. Collaborate with educational staff to interpret evaluation results and contribute to individualized educational plans. Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments and communications. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings as needed to support student development. Stay informed on current best practices and compliance related to telehealth psychological services in schools.
Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as a psychologist with credentials permitting telehealth practice. Experience performing psychological evaluations in school environments preferred. Proficiency with telehealth technology and remote assessment tools. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, families, and school personnel. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in educational psychology.
