Recruiting Coordinator Compensation:

Ionia, MI Responsibilities:
As a Recruiting Coordinator, your primary responsibilities are to support the recruiting team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating candidate flow, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Here's what you'll be doing:Candidate Coordination & Support:
- Assist with scheduling interviews, orientations, and onboarding activities.
- Communicate with candidates regarding application status, next steps, and required documentation.
- Help maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking systems.
Recruiting Support:
- Assist recruiters with sourcing activities, including posting jobs, reviewing applications, and conducting initial outreach.
- Support screening processes by gathering candidate information and verifying work history.
- Prepare candidate profiles and coordinate submissions to clients.
Office & Administrative Support:
- Greet and assist walk-in applicants and visitors.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain organized files, documentation, and compliance records.
- Assist with daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
Candidate & Client Relationship Management:
- Provide professional communication to candidates, clients, and internal team members.
- Support client requests by coordinating candidate interviews and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a positive placement experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred.
