Job Description

Company Description Webb Psychological Services focuses on delivering comprehensive, evidence-based, and compassionate neurodevelopmental evaluations to youth ages six and older. Common reasons for referrals include mood concerns, executive dysfunction, ADHD, autism, and learning disorders. We have offices in Tigard, OR and Camas, WA and are looking for a testing psychologist licensed in one, or both states. Role Description As a Contract Testing Psychologist, you will be responsible for conducting psychological, psychoeducational, neurodevelopmental, and neuropsychological assessments, interpreting test results, and providing recommendations and feedback based on findings.

Two fully furnished offices, one in Camas, WA, and the other in Tigard, OR. Administrative support for scheduling will be provided. High degree of flexibility with the opportunity to see clients during the daytime, evenings, and/or weekends, if desired. All necessary testing supplies will be provided. Competitive compensation per evaluation with a generous fee split. The evaluation process can include a combination of in-person and virtual services. Excellent opportunity to grow your skills and connect with other providers in different specialties (educational tutors, SLPs, OTs, psychotherapists, pediatricians, etc). Ongoing consultation and support will be available.
Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual or in-person clinical interviews with parents. Select appropriate psychological and neuropsychological assessment measures to best fit diagnostic questions. Administer (in person), score, and interpret a wide range of psychological/neuropsychological assessment measures. Consult with relevant providers (therapists, speech pathologists, school counselors, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, etc.). Conduct virtual or in-person feedback sessions for parents to ensure clients and families fully understand the diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Provide accurate, accessible, and thorough written reports.
Qualifications:
Doctoral degree in Psychology Licensure as a psychologist in the state of Oregon Experience in psychological testing and evaluation Strong analytical and report-writing skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Licensed psychologist in Oregon and/or Washington. Expertise in psychological testing and diagnostic assessments. Experience in clinical psychotherapy and evidence-based interventions. Willingness to receive consultation and support for skill development.
