Job Overview At Comprehension Psych Services LLC, we are seeking a dedicated and energetic part-time, hybrid Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary mental health team. This role offers a flexible schedule combining in-person and telehealth sessions, allowing you to deliver comprehensive psychological services across diverse settings. You will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, with a focus on evidence-based interventions. Your expertise will help foster positive mental health outcomes while adhering to strict confidentiality and ethical standards. You will be supported by a seasoned licensed Clinical Psychologist, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners,and Support Staff. Duties Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and psychological testing to evaluate clients' needs and diagnose mental health conditions. Provide individual and group psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and autism spectrum disorder support. Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments, integrating interventions for neurodevelopmental disorders, PTSD, addiction, trauma-related disorders, and other behavioral health concerns. Offer crisis intervention services promptly to ensure client safety during urgent situations. Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, educators, and families to coordinate care plans and support services across inpatient, outpatient, school, and community settings. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines while documenting patient progress diligently. Participate in supervision sessions if applicable and contribute to ongoing research or quality improvement initiatives related to mental health diagnostics or treatment outcomes. Qualifications Doctoral degree PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program. Valid Florida licensure as a licensed clinical psychologist. Stellar licensed recent graduates and experienced psychologists will be considered Proven experience working with children, adolescents, and adults; experience with military Veterans, mood, anxiety, or neurodevelopmental disorders, or ADHD preferred. Strong knowledge of evidence-based interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral health strategies, and trauma-informed care. Demonstrated ability to perform mental health assessments, psychological testing, and diagnostic evaluations accurately. Familiarity with or openness to EHS note-taking, report-writing, and claims submissions. Experience working with diverse populations across inpatient and outpatient settings; telehealth experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical records management, and clinical ethical guidelines ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.
