Job Description

LifeStance Health seeks a licensed Psychologist to provide outpatient therapy and psychological testing for children, adolescents, and adults. In this hybrid role, you'll deliver evidence-based care in-person and via telehealth, supported by strong clinical, operational, and technology resources. Responsibilities include diagnostic evaluations, therapy, testing, treatment planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting Conduct psychological assessments and testing; interpret results and prepare integrated reports Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and care teams to coordinate comprehensive care Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record Participate in case consultations, peer review, and clinical team meetings Provide crisis evaluation, safety planning, and appropriate referrals as needed Engage in continuing education to maintain licensure and clinical best practices Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver remote services when appropriate Uphold ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA and professional codes of conduct Required Skills Clinical interviewing Diagnostic assessment (DSM-5-TR) Psychological testing and report writing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Evidence-based psychotherapies (eg, DBT, ACT, trauma-focused approaches) Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation Risk assessment and crisis intervention Telehealth service delivery Treatment planning and outcome measurement Interdisciplinary collaboration
