Overview Please note: You must be licensed to work in the state of Louisiana. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide mental health services across diverse populations, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative telehealth technology. As a key member of our clinical team, you will deliver comprehensive psychological assessments, therapeutic interventions, and crisis support to individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Your expertise will help foster resilience, promote mental well-being, and support clients through their unique challenges from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities Conduct thorough mental health assessments and psychological testing to evaluate clients' needs and diagnose mental health conditions Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities Deliver crisis intervention services promptly and effectively to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies Manage intake processes, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor progress over time in accordance with clinical ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, medical professionals, and educators, to coordinate comprehensive care plans Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, documenting all patient interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal standards Support clients with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), trauma-related disorders, PTSD, addiction issues, and disabilities through specialized therapy approaches Qualifications Doctoral degree in Psychology or Clinical Counseling from an accredited institution Valid licensure or certification to practice as a Psychologist in the applicable jurisdiction of Lousiana Proven experience working with children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, or special populations such as individuals with autism or neurodevelopmental disorders Demonstrated expertise in mental health diagnostics, psychological testing, and evidence-based treatment planning Strong background in child & family counseling, school-based therapy, inpatient/outpatient settings, and hospital experience preferred Proficiency in telehealth therapy platforms and familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards for patient confidentiality Excellent communication skills for client engagement and interdisciplinary collaboration Join us to make a meaningful difference by providing accessible mental health care through innovative remote services.
