This position is intended for a psychologist who anticipates becoming eligible to apply for HSPP endorsement within approximately six months or less. Qualified HSPP supervision is provided. Complete Your Remaining HSPP Experience This position is designed for an Indiana-licensed psychologist who is completing the supervised clinical experience required to apply for HSPP endorsement. Supervision will be provided by an Indiana-licensed psychologist with an active HSPP endorsement. The supervision arrangement will be structured to support completion of the psychologist's remaining requirements, and the practice will maintain appropriate supervision records and complete applicable verification documentation. Applicants should anticipate becoming eligible to apply for HSPP endorsement within approximately six months or less. Applicants remain responsible for confirming their individual eligibility and remaining requirements with the Indiana State Psychology Board. Employment and supervision arrangements are subject to verification of the applicant's license, previously completed experience, remaining requirements, and eligibility to provide services. Become an OCD & Anxiety Specialist OCD and anxiety disorders require specialized, evidence-based treatment. Developing expertise in these areas can be difficult when psychologists are expected to find and fund advanced training on their own. We've created a different path. Psychologists joining our specialty team receive structured professional development in the evidence-based treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders.

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) Evidence-based cognitive behavioral treatment for anxiety disorders OCD and anxiety case conceptualization Ongoing clinical consultation Structured professional development Opportunities for advanced specialty education Prior specialization in OCD or anxiety is not required. What matters most is curiosity, strong clinical judgment, openness to learning, and a genuine desire to develop expertise. We Handle the Practice. You Practice Psychology. Psychologists shouldn't have to run a small business just to provide excellent clinical care. Our administrative team supports the operational side of care so clinicians can spend more of their time doing meaningful clinical work. Qualified HSPP Supervision An Indiana-licensed psychologist with an active HSPP endorsement will provide the supervision required for the psychologist's remaining supervised experience. Referrals Provided We actively market the practice and provide referrals to help clinicians build and maintain their caseloads. You are not expected to market yourself or independently generate clients. Administrative Support Our team supports scheduling, billing, insurance processes, client communication, and other practice operations. Paid Administrative Time Eligible administrative responsibilities are compensated separately from clinical sessions, including required documentation, treatment planning, supervision, consultation, meetings, and required training. Technology & Documentation Support Clinicians receive access to our practice technology and AI-assisted documentation tools designed to reduce unnecessary administrative burden. Clinical Community Although this is a fully remote position, you won't be practicing in isolation. Our clinicians participate in supervision, consultation, professional development, and team collaboration designed to support both excellent clinical care and continued growth. What You'll Do As a psychologist with Sommer Psychology Group, you'll: Provide evidence-based individual psychotherapy through telehealth Treat adults experiencing OCD, anxiety disorders, adult ADHD, and related concerns Maintain approximately 22-25 client sessions per week Develop individualized treatment plans Complete timely clinical documentation Participate in required HSPP supervision Participate in clinical consultation and team meetings Complete specialty training and professional development Develop advanced competency in OCD and anxiety treatment Collaborate with other members of the clinical and administrative team Follow all ethical, legal, payer, documentation, and practice requirements

Who We're Looking For Licensure:

Applicants must hold an active Indiana psychologist license and be completing supervised experience toward HSPP endorsement.

HSPP Progress:

Applicants should anticipate becoming eligible to apply for HSPP endorsement within approximately six months or less.

Education:

Applicants must hold a PsyD or PhD in clinical or counseling psychology and have completed a qualifying doctoral internship.

Clinical Experience:

Applicants should have experience providing individual psychotherapy to adults. Previous experience treating OCD or anxiety disorders is helpful but not required.

Documentation:

Applicants must be able to provide documentation of their completed supervised experience and estimated remaining requirements. Clinical Time:

$50 /hour

Administrative Time:

$25 /hour Eligible administrative time includes required documentation, treatment planning, HSPP supervision, clinical consultation, team meetings, and required training. Full-time psychologists typically maintain approximately 22-25 client sessions per week, with additional paid administrative time. Work From Anywhere in Indiana This position is 100% remote. There are no required evenings, weekends, or holidays.
