Job Description

Provide specialized psychological services through telehealth and direct support in educational settings as a full-time school psychologist. This contract position involves working itinerantly across three schools located in nearby communities, enhancing student well-being and learning outcomes through assessments, consultations, and interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments Deliver telehealth services to support student mental health and academic success Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Offer guidance on behavior management and intervention strategies Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts within school environments Travel regularly between three schools to ensure consistent and accessible service delivery
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid school psychologist license required Experience providing telehealth services in educational settings preferred Strong understanding of child development, learning disabilities, and behavioral challenges Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse student populations and school staff Ability to manage caseloads across multiple locations efficiently
Location:
Lawrence, Michigan area, with itinerant responsibilities in neighboring communities
