Job Description
Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract A school psychologist position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Chehalis, WA. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, providing an ideal balance between onsite and remote work, structured to support both professional flexibility and student needs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments onsite to evaluate student learning needs and behavioral challenges Develop detailed reports based on assessments, which can be completed remotely Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, with the potential to join remotely Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop intervention strategies and support plans Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district and state regulationsQualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid school psychologist certification and licensure in Washington state Experience conducting thorough assessments and interpreting psychological data within an educational setting Strong ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively, both written and verbally Comfortable utilizing technology for remote report writing and virtual meetings Commitment to student-centered practices and collaborative team environmentsLocation:
Based in Chehalis, WA, with a hybrid schedule model—onsite presence required for assessments and flexibility for remote report writing and some meetingsPerks:
