Qualifications and Experience:

Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology (or related field) required Delaware School Psychologist certification, or eligibility with pending licensure Demonstrated knowledge of current school-based testing, assessment tools, and best practices Familiarity with IEP development and participation in multi-disciplinary teams Effective communication skills with students, parents, and staff Previous school-based experience preferred, but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Administer psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for educational planning Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to develop student support plans Provide direct intervention and counseling services for students as needed Guide and participate in RTI, 504, and IEP meetings Document services, maintain records, and prepare required reports Consult with families, offering guidance to support learning and behavioral needs Participate in initiatives that promote positive student outcomes Enjoy a school-year assignment that delivers meaningful impact while supporting your professional growth.
